Ok, it's me again. I guess I need to stop working on my own bike, he he...but I stupidly removed the ignition key in the "Park" position and of course the battery went dead. I jumped the bike (with a car but did NOT start it) and rode it for about 30 minutes to my destination. The bike would not start again. The battery was replaced about 3 months ago when I did roughly the same stupid thing. But now I am wondering if there is some electrical problem that does not allow the bike to re-charge the battery (as it should) while I am riding. I have scheduled it an appointment with a professional but...any suggestions as to what is wrong now?
